Welcome to Hell....or, the gate to it, anyway. Here we are, right at the gates, and Bayo's got some guilt going on. It wasn't your fault, Bayo! You were just being your cocky self!

Here's out welcoming comittee...the Confuser of Elements...GREED! Yeah, I'm not sure on the name. In a way, Greed is Fearless and Fairness rolled into one, literally! Well, except it's got ice and fire going on. Hey, maybe this is where Rodin got Undine from! Generally, not TOO scary, I find.

Next up, it's SECRET TIME. Look at all those breakables! Oh, and a portal. Sure, OK. While generally the enemy weapons are pretty fun in this game...I hate ONLY using them. Greed just HAD to have a magic pixel of health left, huh?

After cutting through more demonic cannon fodder, here's an old friend...Golem! It's got a new look and some new tricks...but sticks to one shapeshifting form for this bout. I start well here but for whatever reason I just...choked. Those lasers hurt! Seeing as Golems are described as guardians in the files, this must be trying to stop us from entering Hell. Sorry, but we've got a friend to save!

The Garden of God, huh? How did a file get in here?! And of course it can't be as easy as snatching a key and leaving. New enemy time! I pledge Allegiance...to this pushover?! Seriously, other than his flaming sword shockwave, this guy is NOTHING. At this point you gotta step things up, game! Oh hey, an LP fragment.

Hey, how'd a file appear AFTER we've been through here already? Creepy! Now for a...well, not quite freefall section....with a Moon Pearl hidden there? Too mean!

What's also mean is the other hidden part of the Gold LP here. Don't go in that portal just yet! Even though you'd NEVER think to do that! Enough Greeds to, if you don't mind!

Hey, this area looks familiar...asset reuse strikes again! With even MORE chests too! We'll then take a dip and fight some Fidelities again...in MORE reused areas. I knew there was a portal SOMEHWHERE, bu took me a minute to find it again. And WOW are these challenges getting more..challenging! Not as bad as Bayo 1's though...Looks like Charge Bullet was a good buy after all!

What's NOT so good is the other portal. Ugh. If me mashing through text wasn't an indication, I was getting salty here. Heh. With THAT done, here's Golem again! You didn't think we were done, did you?! Oh...well...that was easy.

And one last fight. If this Pain looks different, that's because it's not Pain, but rather Pride. Known as the Enveloper of Flame, Pride is a more aggressive flaming variant of Pain...that doesn't get its own intro, much like Gravitas being neglected. What the hell, game? Let me learn the name of my victims before I kill them at least!

With one final kick (and a hidden HEART this time), we've finally broken the barrier and can enter Hell. I'm sure this will go GREAT.
