Bayonetta 2 - Chapter 3

We'll take Kafka for a spin, why not? It actually comes in handy for this Chapter, oddly enough! Almost like they planned this!
Loki's amnesia seems to be waning a bit, enough to hatch a plan to get us halfway up this mountain! Too bad Glamor gets in the way! Fun fact, this Chapter went through a LOT of work to get right, according to Platinum's developer blogs. Looking at it, I can see why! In many ways, this is the Sapientia boss of the game...and this is the THIRD Chapter! Slow down, game! Definitely an awesome setpiece as Bayo SURFS DOWN A WHIRLPOOL to take Glamor down. Now, this sequence is neat and all, but I DO wish you could speed things along a bit. Kafka does help a bit, able to attack while Glamor's usually out of reach.
As we move towards the light (No, Bayo! Don't move towards the light!), we're back into Paradiso...THREE Glamors?! Oh, this'll be fun. Thank God Bayo can use Malphas's wings! Thankfully, we'll take take these on one at a time, but they still put up a good fight! Slashes, ice blasts and those weird golden spikes!
Once we get to the MAIN one, it puts up a MUCH better fight than in Chapter 1! No Pure Platinum's here! By the way, for those curious, using the jump button in aerial battles has you dash forward or back, which helps when enemies keep trying to get away!
As we see several times in this fight, the Umbran Climax for Kafka has them unleash giant bugs known as Carnage, but NOT actually summon demons. They can do nice damage at least!
Speaking of Umbran Climaxes, you see QUITE a bit of our new Infernal Demon helper who makes their "proper" debut here. Spoilers! Kinda! Meet Diomedes, the Severer of the Dark! A demonic unicorn! You can't make that up....except they did! Cut them up like Raiden, Dio! (WRRRRRY!)
Jeez, Bayo, you almost forgot Yugi! You need him, kinda! And now we'll be heading back down, it seems.
Yeeaaaaaah, I didn't do too well here! I promise this'll be the only Bronze for a while...hopefully. At least we see that Loki is the Bronze statue! "Not bad, I guess!" Let's keep moving. That mountain ain't gonna climb itself!
