Oh, I can't just leave you with ONE short video, so here's another! The Ark! (And hopefully the audio's better here!)

Here's that ominous guy that was first seen with Maskey! Just what is he up to? What's with all this making whole talk too?! Can't be good!

Wait, what, Loki? This thing can take us where we want to go? HOW CONVENIENT! And CONTRIVED!

But of course it won't be that easy. Say hello to the Consumer of All...Insidious! We've seen it as early as the opening sequence, but now its time to fight! Fun fact, Insidious is the only enemy not designed by Platinum's character designer, Yusuke Hashimoto (who is also the director of Bayo 2, remember!). Rather, Insidious is a guest design by mangaka Eiichi Shimizu, author of things like ULTRAMAN and Kurogane no Linebarrels. I hope his other work isn't as creepy...

Underwater fights like this operate like aerial battles...and that means that the boss will try to keep you away at times. Kafka helps out here to be sure, but you DO have to get in close to take out those eyeballs! Ewwwwww....Look at those eyes! Weird feelers that strike at you and shoot lasers at you! OH GOD THE TEETH. Jeez. Not to mention you can be sucked into its gaping maw...which is basically unavoidable. At least Madama Butterfly has our back!

With Insidious taken out....here's another one that swallows us whole anyway. Jeez. Well, that boss fight was pointless. Still cool though! And now here's our Monstro level for the game. Guh...I'm glad we can't smell what Bayo likely smells right now.

Here are Orbs, the demon version of Halos...sadly, there's no secondary shop with another weaponsmith or anything. Would have been neat! And here's out first demonic "normal" enemies, Hatred! No, not that terrible, "controversial" game! Hatreds are pretty dangerous as you can see, with tons of weapons at their disposal. Demonic enemies in general grant less witch time on average and actively dodge your attacks, which we'll be seeing as we continue through the game. For now, you'll also meet Fury, the little bat enemies that generally aren't much. Let's continue squishing through the innards of Insidious...How is there a challenge portal here?!

Maskey! It's been too long! Like three chapters (well, two, really). While not quite as awesome as the first battle, duking it out in the innards of a massive demon ain't bad either! He's got some new tricks too, like HOLY SHIT DID HE TURN INTO A WOLF?! That's awesome!

Phase 2 is Sapientia vs. Hydra! And we actually get to see the Sage sic his angel on us! There's also a cinematic move he gets off on us once. I-I didn't counter that first time on purpose! To show it off! H-Honest!

As the battle draws to a close, just what is that on the sage's neck? And his eye! His...Right...Eye? (HAVE YOU FIGURED OUT THE TWIST YET?!)

Jeez, I almost feel bad for that Insidious. Just take some Tums! That'll fix it! Can we get out of here, please? Its icky!
