Back to Rodin's! Meet Chernobog, our strange rifle-scythe combo! (Someone at Platinum must like RWBY....that or Platinum and Monty Oum were on the same coolness wavelength). Chernobog (sometimes spelled as Chernabog) is known as the Black God in Slavic lore, and it's a pretty sinister looking weapon, so it fits! The scythe is a bit slow, but strong with decent reach, and if you hold the button down, you'll fire off the claws like a rifle! Unfortunately...not gonna be seeing it in this chapter. Sorry!

We begin RIGHT where the previous chapter ended...and with as short as it is, I almost wonder why this chapter was tacked on to the end of things. I guess they felt they were throwing a little too much at us?

Valor serves as our boss fight, a pretty cool setpiece of a boss, huh? Someone at Platinum likes sword-wielding enemies! Aw, he knocked us off! So now it's time for an aerial battle where we'll fight as we fall!

Phase two has us diving into the drink. How awesome is it when Valor slices through the water and Witch Time has the water momentarily cut away from us?! That's some parting of Red Sea stuff right there! And look, you CAN freeze bosses with Undine! That's cheating! Yay for me!

Here's the Spinner of Destiny, Hydra! We've already seen it here or there, especially with Undine's Wicked Weaves and Umbran Climax attacks, but here's its grand appearance!

So what was accomplished here? Well, all that progress we made the last few chapters is GONE. GONE! Thanks a lot, Valor! Well, we've got an Ark waiting for us next time apparently...
