Conquests Of Camelot: Part 2 - Who Dares To Challenge The Black Knight?
In this chapter, King Arthur finally leaves Camelot and makes his way to Glastonbury Tor, hoping to find news of Sir Gawaine and, if possible, the Grail as well. Unfortunately, it turns out that Gawaine has been waylaid and defeated by The Black Knight of the Perilous Forest, and it is now up to Arthur to brave the rabid beasts of that dark place, challenge the Black Knight in person, and avenge his wounded and tormented friend. After having succeeded at all these tasks, he makes his way to the ruins of Glastonbury, where he is awaited by even more challenges - including a nasty witch with a petrification fetish, a bunch of mediocre poets who torment their clients with riddles even when petrified, and a Mad Monk with a potentially lethal delusion of Godhood. Saddest of all, at the end of the day the Grail still remains as far out of reach as it was from the start of the adventure...
