https://www.doomworld.com/idgames/levels/doom2/m-o/mockery There's a lot of terms I've learned throughout 3 years of Doom Wads/Mods such as Slaughter, Linedef, SR50, and Joke Wad, with Joke Wad being something that I had know of before but only dove into when I was looking at the top 10 infamous wads by Doomworld and it was placed at 8th, From all the wads that are not serious or have their tongue planned in their cheek this legend here brought them to life.

Authored by Scott Clover (Covaro), And released on May 23rd 1998, Mock.Wad or Mockery is a tribute to all the wad makers and mappers that suck as its title pic states, It's a simple level PWAD that pokes fun at beginner mapper mistakes such as illogical item/enemy placement, bad texture alignment, and wonky secrets, I did 4 runs all the way up to Nightmare! so I can show the map itself several times since the original video on this mod was only 50 seconds back in Season 3, It's nothing special but the fact it made an infamous list and led to the rise of not serious wads should tell you Mockery was something different.

[[Season 1 through 3 of Doom Wads/Mods are rough in terms of quality I'll admit, Season 3 which is when I ran my unofficial cacoawards/runner up special is when I began to see that Zdoom is very lacking and isn't worth using unless it's mods broken on the latest GZDoom release, and between now and three years ago this was supposed to be the finale of the Cacoaward special since it is part of the Doomworld ten years of doom article, This wad also had a sequel named Mock 2 the Speed of Stupid which I plan to revisit someday and spiritually it was followed by The New Adventure, Another wad in my to-do folder]]
