Final Fantasy VI Advance - Ch. 5 - Locke's Scenario & Terra's Scenario
8PREVIOUSLY ON FINAL FANTASY VI ADVANCE:
With Sabin joining the party, our heroes crossed Mt. Kolts and proceeded to the Returner's Hideout to meet their leader, Banon. Terra agrees to join the Returners and Banon begins forming a plan to attempt to make contact with the Esper in Narshe. Just then, news arrived that the Empire has taken South Figaro and is on their way there. Locke agrees to go back to South Figaro to slow the enemy down. Meanwhile, the rest of our heroes make their way to Narshe via raft on the Lethe River. It was pretty easy goings when all of a sudden, a giant purple octopus named Ultros decided it wanted to throw hands. Even after the fight was done, Sabin wanted to go after it and hit it with one last Blitz, but got separated from the group in the process. There are now three separate storyline scenarios that you can play in any order you wish.
IN THIS CHAPTER:
We're going to dive into Locke's Scenario and Terra's Scenario. These two are much shorter than Sabin's Scenario, which is arguably also the funnest of the three. So we'll save that for last. There's some good treasures you'll want to pick up in South Figaro, including a Ribbon, Earring and... well basically a full equipment set for Celes. If you didn't open the treasures in the cave to South Figaro, one of them now contains a Thunder Rod, which can kill the 'Tunnel Armor' boss in one shot.
