So, without any more delay, here is how to add Macaw’s Bridges to Minecraft 1.16.5!
The first step of getting the Macaw’s Bridges in 1.16.5 is getting the Forge Mod Loader setup and installed in 1.16.5. The good news is we have a tutorial that has helped over a million people get Forge up and running, and it will help you add Forge to Minecraft for Macaw’s Bridges as well. That tutorial even goes over how to fix some of the issues you could have with Forge.
Now that you have Forge, we can download Macaw’s Bridges 1.16.5. In the description above, there is the official Macaw’s Bridges download link. That will take you to CurseForge where if you scroll down and look at the right-hand sidebar, you will see a ‘Minecraft 1.16’ section. Under that, you will see a 1.16.5 version of Macaw’s Bridges. Click the orange download link to the right of this, and Macaw’s Bridges will start downloading after a few seconds. You make have to keep/save the file depending on your browser.
Once Macaw’s Bridges is downloaded, we can get it installed. To do this, open up the Minecraft launcher, click the little arrow next to the play button, select the ‘Forge’ profile here, and click the big green play button. That will open Minecraft with Forge. From the main menu, click the ‘mods’ button, and click on ‘open mods folder’ button in the bottom left. This will open up your mods folder.
