How to Add Funds to your PS5 Pro Wallet & Add Money (Account Settings)
Adding funds to your PS5 Pro wallet is a simple process that lets you preload money for games, subscriptions, or other PlayStation Store purchases. Here’s how to do it directly on your console:
Start on the PS5 Pro home screen and go to Settings—it’s the gear icon in the top-right corner. Scroll down and select Users and Accounts, then choose Account, followed by Payment and Subscriptions. From there, select Add Funds. You’ll see a list of payment options like credit or debit cards, PayPal, or other methods available in your region. Pick one—if you haven’t linked a payment method yet, you’ll need to add it here by entering your card details or signing into PayPal.
Next, choose how much you want to add; options typically range from small amounts like $5 to larger ones like $100, depending on your region. Hit Continue, review the amount, and select Yes to confirm. The funds will load into your wallet instantly, and you can check the balance right there or in the PlayStation Store under your profile.
Another way is through the PlayStation Store itself. From the home screen, select the PlayStation Store icon. Hit the three-dot menu in the top-right corner, then choose Payment Methods. Select Add Funds, pick your payment option, enter the amount, and confirm. It’s the same deal—quick and easy.
If you’ve got a PlayStation Store gift card, you can redeem that too. In the PlayStation Store, go to the three-dot menu and select Redeem Code. Type in the 12-digit code from the card—no dashes needed—and hit Redeem. The amount will pop into your wallet right away.
