The first step is actually learning how to download texture packs for Minecraft PC. There are hundreds of thousands of Minecraft Java Edition texture packs out there. Once Minecraft 1.16 has been restarted, go to ‘Options’, ‘Resource Packs’ again, and you will see the resource packs you installed. Click on the photo/image of the texture pack to move it to the ‘Selected Resource Packs’ section. Click ‘Done’ at the bottom of the screen, and Minecraft will reload.
