Well, it is a mod for Minecraft that allows you to easily change parts of your world. From copying and pasting something to another part of your world to replacing just one specific block with another to even using brushes to paint entire sections of your Minecraft world with ease, World Edit 1.16.2 allows you to do it all! Thus, without any more delay, here is how to download and install World Edit 1.16.2 in Minecraft!
The first thing that you need to do in order to get World Edit with Forge is actually download and install Forge. Luckily, we have helped millions of people get Forge installed in Minecraft, and you can find our in-depth tutorial for adding Forge to Minecraft 1.16.2 in the description above. That tutorial will show you all that you need to know with getting Forge setup, and once you do, we can pretty easily add World Edit 1.16.2 to it.
After you have Forge installed, it is time to download World Edit for Minecraft 1.16.2. single player. You can find a link in the description above that will actually take you to our text tutorial for installing World Edit in Minecraft 1.16.2. Once you are here though, just click on the green ‘Download World Edit’ button. That will take you to the official WorldEdit download page. To get the 1.16.2 version of World Edit, look at the right-hand side of the page and scroll down until you see ‘Minecraft 1.16’. Under that, you will see a version that says ‘World Edit 1.16.2 for Forge’. That is the version you want to download. Click the purple download button to the right of it. Your 1.16.2 World Edit download will begin. You will need to keep/save the file depending on your browser.
Now, in order to install World Edit in Minecraft 1.16.2, you need to hit the Windows key on your keyboard and ‘R’ at the exact same time. This will open up the Run application. In the text box in this application, type ‘%appdata%’, and hit enter. This will open your roaming folder. Here, you will see a ‘.minecraft’ folder. Open that, and you will see a ‘mods’ folder. If you don't have a mods folder, just create one! Click that mods folder, and drag-and-drop the World Edit mod into this mods folder. When you do this, you have installed World Edit with Forge in Minecraft 1.16.2.
However, you aren't completely done just yet! You still need to open up the Minecraft launcher, click the little arrow to the left of the play button, select Forge, and then, click play. Minecraft 1.16.2 World Edit will now be in Minecraft when it opens up!
