To mute all audio and sounds on your PS5 console, you have a couple of straightforward options:

Using the DualSense Controller:

Hold down the Mute button on your DualSense controller for a few seconds. This button is located underneath the PlayStation Button (used for turning on and pairing the controller) and above the microphone icon (which has a slash through it). When you do this, your entire system’s audio will be muted.

The button will blink orange to indicate that the mute function is active.
Adjusting Audio Settings:

Navigate to Settings on your PS5.
Select Sound.

From there, you can:
Adjust the volume of your headphones or controller speakers.
Set up 3D audio for a more immersive experience.
Customize equalizer settings to fine-tune your audio output
