Devlog #20 - Using Keyboard Input and Randomizing Colors with Material Instance Arrays
In this episode of Unreal Engine 4, I'm using input commands through the keyboard to place chairs into fixed locations rather than using the overlap function. It involves casting objects to get more information and for loops!
The other bit of this video is about generating random colors for every table mat and door. This utilizes arrays which house different material instance colors for procedural generation.
My videos are inspired by Youtubers such as Dani, Make Games with Katie, Code Bullet, and Sebastian Lague. If you don't know who they are, I highly recommend checking them out!
