While this updated panels route is mostly the same as the old one (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3M6ttGcu19k), there are a few refinements (thanks to the efforts of the Discord), and this route is tailored to PC rather than GCN. We've actually been using this route for a while, but I opted to record a new video after talking about it in the Discord.

Instant enters, in order:
Tiger (West) - Up-right
Phoenix (South) - Up-right
Dragon (East) - Up-left (right on GCN)
Turtle (North) - N/A

It's important to dodge roll immediately after nearly every panel as you'll get hit (and die) if you don't. After selecting Turtle, however, it's marginally faster to do a neutral turn due to Travis being right behind you.

The Mach Cancel after leaving the Phoenix room is faster only on PC because you can heal with a hotkey without pausing; on GCN, you'd just dodge roll it. Same thing with the Running Smile after the Dragon room.

The Turtle room is tricky. The goal is to dodge roll the first Smile and Mach Cancel the Another Smile. However, whenever I miss that dodge roll, I kill the first Smile as a back up since the space to reliably dodge roll shrinks as they move forward.

The hardest part is learning the instant enters for each panel, but it's not too difficult overall.
