Description:
Cloud is an ex-SOLDIER turned mercenary, who accepts a job from Avalanche, an eco-terrorist group that opposes his former employer. Unfortunately, the ultimate SOLDIER Sephiroth resurfaces after his apparent death, threatening all life on the planet once more.

Surprisingly, very few of his attacks can be countered with Punisher Mode. If you try to take control of Aerith for too long, he'll inflict sleep on her. Fortunately, Synergy-Aero allows you to circumvent this to some extent, though some of his attacks will still be difficult for Cloud to dodge and guard.

The bandit leader tries to claim that we owe them compensatory damages, but he can't define what that means.
They go down easily, but they can also lay stun mines like the Airbuster.
Afterwards, you can kick around their bodies, but once you move on, they'll skedaddle.

Cloud failed to respond to Aerith's high-fives, but you get to do one properly at the end. Of course, you have to hold down Y.

Aerith actually mentions Zack, but Cloud blocks it out.
There's a tunnel back to Sector 7 under one of the playground structures, but Cloud notices Tifa in a carriage bound for Wall Market. Apparently, Tifa has to infiltrate that place. However, Aerith wants to go after her because Don Corneo is very ruthless and powerful, which means the infiltration will likely go horribly wrong.

There are two mutually exclusive sets of sidequests, and your dialogue choices determine which set you get.
53:53 Boss: Fat Chocobo
Although Fat Chocobo has more HP on paper than Shiva, it's way easier to pressure and stagger, and its stagger duration is very generous. However, the moogles in the background will keep summoning mooks even when the boss is staggered.
56:26 Grinding the Refocus Report
The Refocus report is kind of annoying because of how long it takes to fill the Limit Gauge. Fortunately, you can just refight summon boss fights in VR missions and just let them hit you until the gauge is filled.
