This is the part where we get 100% completion. At this point, there are only 5 gems left to get, and each of them is related to one of the five gem pathways. Gem pathways are special areas, sort of like death routes, that you go to by climbing onto a colored platform that will only be solid if you have collected the corresponding gem. We've seen the platforms in the game already, some filled in and some not. There is one Blue Gem pathway, one Red Gem pathway, one Yellow Gem pathway, one Green Gem pathway, and one...um, all five gems pathway. I don't know why there isn't one for the Purple Gem too...there should be, but instead there's the one that requires all five gems. The Blue Gem pathway is in level 3, and it contains some crates to count toward the level total. The Red Gem pathway is in level 6, and it also has crates. In fact, unless you do the levels in the second warp room out of order and find the alternate entrance to level 2 early (or figure out a way to sequence-break and get the Red Gem without it), the Red Gem pathway is guaranteed to be inaccessible the first time around. The Yellow Gem pathway, meanwhile, is in level 12, and the Green Gem pathway is in level 19. These both contain a second regular gem. The all-five-gems pathway is in level 25, and it gives you the other regular gem for that level...assuming you survive it! It does contain a lot of extra lives, though.

Actually, because this is the last video with real gameplay footage, let's make a checklist for all the stuff to get in this game (aside from the crystals) I think I have this correct:
