As luck would have it, we stumbled upon not just some veins of ore, but an entire cave system hidden away deep within the earth. While there was plenty of danger we had to overcome, the rewards were indeed great: coal, iron, gold and more have been found and collected, making this trip an exceptionally profitable one. Provided we make it out of here in one piece, we’ll have a lot of ore smelting to do alongside the creation of stone bricks.
That caveat at the end is important, as we’re far from safe down here. There’s a lot of lava that could fall victim to and I foolishly decided not to bring a bucket of water with me. Even if we’re careful to avoid falling into it, all it’d take is for a monster to appear and knock us in there for us to be in a world of trouble. If we’re to survive this expedition unscathed, we’re going to need to be VERY careful indeed and we all know how careful I am, folks: super careful.
