In the Any% category for this game, you're allowed to use "warps", which basically consists of rapidly right-clicking the screen and clicking "Play". Doing this will automatically beat 15 of the 20 levels, thus warping you to the next one. The rest of the levels have some special property which requires more actions for them to beat.

Level 12 - Hardest level in this category. In order to progress, you must destroy the piranha plant first. Afterwards, you need to click "Play" twice, such that you exit from the far right pipe. The fastest way to collect the star from this point is to clip past the bottom platform, which can be achieved with the carefully timed movement shown in the video.
Level 13 moves you through a pipe when "Play" is clicked. Simply hold right to catch the star as soon as you exit from it.
Level 17 has a large block rise every time you click "Play"; after the third time, the level will finish. Don't click "Play" while the block is in its rising animation, as this will pause the animation!
Level 19 - Click "Play" twice to move through two pipes, holding right on exiting the second to catch the star.
Level 20 - Bowser will automatically move into his vulnerable position each time "Play" is clicked, allowing him to be defeated very quickly.

Clicking "Play" on the cutscene before Bowser only pauses it. As far as I know, there is no way to skip that cutscene.
