Probably the only time you see a habitat sector completely void of enemies; however, I still found it odd that even though Sector 3 is clearly only guarded by a Level 1 Door lock much like Sector 4. Yet somehow, a Level 2 Door lock released them in... I don't know...
The BOX Security robot doesn't offer a lot of time to attack it's center before it lobs a fire pillar bomb, making it necessary to stay as close as possible to it during the boss battle. You could hit it diagonally as well to distance Samus a bit more.
I could've avoided the Missile upgrade at 5:30, since there is a more convenient opportunity to retrieve it and save a few seconds.
Technically the data transfer room in Sector 2, TRO is still active since the SA-X only obliterated the doorway, and Samus could still get through the long way; however, it is likely that the coccooned caterpillars are blocking access, so I guess it makes sense to go to the Sector 6, NOC.
