If you don't know already, there is a game-breaker sequence that can be done by a series of Shinesparks up to the end of the room where the passage way between Sector 4-5 is (after unlocking Level 4 Security Doors). It is a very difficult challenge, I haven't tried myself, but I know there are some who did, and are uploaded onto YouTube. Another method is to reach the Diffusion Missile room, but using a regular Ice Missile to shoot and diagonally freeze the Powamp. Both will trigger a secret conversation and even prompt the unknown federation agent from before to speak to Samus as well (though debatable if it really IS the same person from last time). Developers were aware of this possible outcome and prepared a response to this, even the message breaks the fourth wall. Rarely do I see this in gaming.

Man, didn't think getting the simple Missile Tank at 4:36 would be such a pain. The near constant ramming and projectiles even from the off-screen Aqua Pirate pissed me off to just go Missile-Happy on their asses.

At the end of this trip, Samus has successfully retrieved all the item upgrades from both Sector 4 and 5, making it unnecessary to revisit them at all later on. Also interesting to note is that both sectors are the only ones with 3 hidden passages to other sectors (Sector 2 doesn't really count since the passage to the Main Reactor can only be accessed one-way rather than two.
