[100% Upgrades]

This is the one time, Samus has to be chased down by her aggressive clone. The SA-X can easily kill her in just a few blows. Entering Sector 2, TRO is a gamble, where the SA-X is currently pacing about, and I think you could potentially land on it and receive collision damage. I'm surprised I got through it without getting hit once, most often Samus gets shot/ screw attacked at least once. If you know exactly what to do, it should be relatively easy, and be sure to remember to freeze SA-X whenever you can or when it is starting to defrost (odd that this shouldn't even happen since it technically has the Varia Suit on). The one part, I nearly always get damaged is when Samus must detonate the wall with a Power Bomb, but you have to duck right next to the overgrown roots, otherwise SA-X will Screw Attack her and enable it to start barraging the bounty hunter with Ice Beam shots.

The coccooned caterpillars/ larvae have emerged from their dormancy, and have obtained their wings. They do take quite a few shots to defeat, due to the lack of power from the current arm cannon upgrades (improved latter by the Plasma Beam); however, they release 2 parasites rather than one as compensation (much like the Space Pirates).

Netorri isn't hard, but I found the large flowers on the bottom and pollen more annoying when you accidentally drop in there (even upon entering the boss chamber). It might be your first instinct to rapidly jump out, but that doesn't work, you actually have to do a high jump (as in jump once and hold down the button). I actually died a cheap death once because this wasn't very obvious, and a damn pollen knocked me immediately into the flower upon entering. How it obtained the Plasma Beam is up to debate as it could've been sent to the Data Room in TRO, and was downloaded by the parasite.

The Power Bomb Tanks at 4:02 is another Ripper + Fragile Blocks that requires careful jumping.

With the Plasma Beam in possession, technically Samus can fight the SA-X now; however, you do not get to meet it until the end.
