I never knew that SRX had a Tourian? But I suppose they were attempting to mimic the Space Pirates on Zebes to breed Metroids as they were able to do so successfully. But even so... WHY ARE THERE SPACE PIRATES specimens here? Isn't that a really BAD IDEA in all regards? You think they'll be like simple wild animals that can be tamed and then help the federation in breeding?? They weren't born stupid, otherwise they wouldn't be an intergalactic menace.

You raise a very promising issue, even I'm perplexed about this. Hopefully there is no Mother Brain here as well (and to an annoying extent, Rinkas, God I hate them).

Dragoon:
No but, there's Ridley who no surprisingly welcomed the X into himself to revive his battered body to exact vengeance on you. Speaking of body, he's MUCH larger than usual, probably the largest in the titles to date. And LOUDER too, man half the time I couldn't hear anything but his constant wailing. He takes over 100 Missiles to pummel, so expect a pretty lengthy battle (Like Nightmare there is a LOT of LAG due to his huge body encompassing more than half the screen).
