MiSTer FPGA - Muscle Bomber Duo [2 Player] / Capcom CPS-1.5 Arcade
0Was able to finally give the sequel to Saturday Night Slam Masters a spin with a buddy last weekend. It's great fun like the original, only this time things are much more refined. 1v1 matches are gone, in favor of a more fleshed-out team battle experience. The grab button actually has a use besides pinning enemies, and now initiates grapples as well. This made it possible for me to finally land a couple spinning pile drivers with Haggar, whereas in the first game I found it impossible.
Took us a couple matches to warm up and remember we need to pin the opponents when their bar is drained. Had too much fun running around the ring and beating them up ^-^. Took us a long while, but we cleared the game finally.
Give this one a try, especially if you have multiple players willing to give it a go. Excellent game.
