I'll have some commentary about this run here at a further date. I hadn't played the PC Engine version before the 35th anniversary of the series a couple weeks ago, and have spent a lot of time on this since then. (I wrote my own guide and made my own maps for this one.) Hope you enjoy the results of my filter tuning here!
Please look forward to a future video with Book II of Ys on Turbografx CD as well. I love this series.
MiSTer's PC Engine core was transformed into the most accurate way to play this console besides original hardware, largely in part thanks to efforts by srg320. He also created our SNES, Sega CD and Sega 32x cores, and is currently working on a Sega Saturn core for MiSTer.
