Mario and his partners have arrived at Tubba Blubba's Castle, which is where the "invincible" Tubba Blubba is located at. He must watch out for the Sentinels, which can send Mario back outside if he is captured by one, and there are a bunch of Clubbas that guard the castle.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

One thing I want to go over, I am not a fan of going through this, because the Sentinels if they catch Mario, they will throw him out of the castle, use Bow to turn invisible to avoid them, and the only enemies you fight are Clubbas, these enemies resembles Spikes from Super Mario Bros. 3, they swing their club to deal 3 damage, and they have 8 HP, you can sneak past the Clubbas while they are sleeping to not wake them up, and they can easily be put to sleep with a Sleepy Sheep or with Lullaby.
After going through some rooms on the left, go down the stairs, and Spin Jump to destroy the wooden board, and you can get a Castle Key, you can find a Boo there, and he tells you not to fight Tubba Blubba, and when you leave the room, there is a Super Block, this is the fifth one in the game, and Bow is likely the only partner you can upgrade, otherwise I would recommend upgrading Bow, she learns Spook, which scares away enemies from the battlefield, but the main reason you want to upgrade Bow is that her Smack deals 5 hits at Super Rank. You can have the Sentinel catch you to get out of the castle quicker, and this time take the right, and go up the stairs and keep going till you find a cracked wall, which you can blow up with Bombette, and there are wooden boards which you can break, and that is where you can get D-Down Jump, which is a jump attack that ignores enemy Defense, it's like D-Down Pound, but for jump attacks.
There is the spike room, where you can use Bow to avoid the spikes, and the chest at the end contains a Castle Key, I remember Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door had a room like that. In the next room, you can land on the table to get a Star Piece, what can do is push the clock which leads to a bedroom, and in the secret room is the Mega Rush badge, which increases Mario's attack power by 4 when he is in Peril, he has to be at 1 HP in order to put it to use, while it is very risky, it is a high reward.
In the next room is a block containing a Maple Syrup, this heals 10 FP, and climb up the stairs to find Tubba Blubba, and he is invincible, you cannot even harm him with any attack. Enter the room filled with Clubbas, and try to walk slowly so you don't wake them up and pick up the Castle Key, and at the end is a large bed, which Tubba Blubba decides to go to sleep on. Open the chest, and this is where the Mystical Key, known as Yakkey, is inside, and it wakes up Tubba Blubba, and it is time to get away, but not before Tubba Blubba destroys the bridges in his castle.
Then the Boos try to hold down the door as we make a run for it, and use the Mystical Key to open the door to Windy Mill, there are some Hyper Goombas found there, but at the end is Tubba Blubba's Heart, which is the secret behind Tubba Blubba, and it is time to fight against it. Tubba's Heart has 50 HP, and it has an attack where it charges up and then on the next turn, unleashes an attack that deals 12 damage, make sure you use Outta Sight to avoid that powerful attack, and it has a regular attack that deals 6 damage, Bow is your best partner for this fight.
When Tubba's Heart is at 5 HP, it makes an escape, and it then reunites with Tubba Blubba, but it turns out that when you fight against him, he is no longer invincible, he only has 10 HP, so he is super easy, his attacks can deal some good damage, but for having 10 HP, he isn't even that hard.
After that, Tubba Blubba lets all of the Boos go and then escapes, and then we rescue Skolar, the third Star Spirit, which Bootler had held onto until Mario had defeated Tubba Blubba.
