Pokémon Platinum Speed Run Segment 12 Part 1
4Crasher Wake's Gyarados drove me nearly crazy in my previous run because I had a Lonely (Defense drop) Torterra. It always managed to be lucky with critical hits and flinches of Waterfall. I decided to restart with an Adamant or Naughty nature just because of this. Now I could 3HKO it before it KO'd Torterra. Then I healed up during Floatzel. It used Aqua Jet or Brine because my health was low. Then it used Ice Fang and brought me in Overgrow range. This lets me OHKO it and Quagsire is not even worth noticing.
I left the gym and then there was a conversation between Wake, my rival and a Galactic Grunt. I followed the Grunt until Lake Valor where I easily OHKO'd his Croagunk. I needed to dodge the same trainers again. Then Cynthia showed up agian and gave me a Secret Potion to heal some Psyduck. I splitted the segment up when I flew to Soleceon Town.
