6The first battle with Cyrus and all his Pokémon are dangerous for Torterra. It can survive an Ice Punch from Sneasel when I used a X-Speed to outspeed the rest of his Pokémon. Sneasel can also use Screech, but that rarely happens so I didn't wait for that. Golbat can't be 2HKO'd by Return so I need to use a X-Attack. Air Slash isn't that damaging thanks to Torterra's high HP and Special Defense. Murkrow isn't a certain OHKO, but it needs to happen.
After beating Cyrus, I received HM03 Surf and taught it to Bibarel. I flew to Jubilife City after a short conversation with Cynthia. I picked up a Rare Candy on Route 218 and dodged a Sailor. I received an useless Pokédex Upgrade and entered Canalave City. I saved before facing my rival again.
Saved at 2:00 with a L40 Torterra.
