Pokémon Platinum Speed Run Segment 6 Part 1
3Mars can be annoying with both her Zubat and Purugly. Zubat's Toxic is unacceptable and it uses that move frequently. I need 3 Curses to OHKO it with Return. Curse is very handy since it raises both Attack and Defense. The Speed drop can be reversed with the Quick Claw. Purugly is up next and I used a Potion while it uses a certain Fake Out. It also uses Scratch and Turtwig is in Overgrow range. Now I can OHKO Purugly with Razor Leaf and Turtwig evolves. I exited the Valley Windworks and dodged all the trainers on Route 205.
I entered the Eterna Forest and met up with Cheryl. The next double battle can be troublesome. Pachirisu can use Charm, but it decided to be nice and used Bide. Both Wurmple and Silcoon are easily defeated. Chansey also cooperated with Egg Bomb hits. Beautifly can be dangerous, but a Return powered up with Curse makes quick work of it. The next double battle is a joke with two Abra's who are both OHKO'd by Razor Leaf. I picked up a Net Ball for a later use. Then Cheryl said goodbye to me and I splitted the segment up when I left Eterna Forest.
