3Jupiter cab be very hard, but with the right strategy she's ok. I used 2 Curses to OHKO Zubat. It will often use Wing Attack 3 times on me, but Curse and the Quick Claw helps me here. Stunktank is trickier. I need to 3HKO is with Return. But with my Defense boost from Curse, I can handle the hits nicely. I exited the Galactic Building and received the Bicycle.
The trainers in Cycling Road are easily dodged. The ones on Route 207 are harder because many of them rotate. I also picked up a Rare Candy for later. I passed through Mt. Coronet and talked with Cyrus. I fought 2 Hikers instead of 1 on Route 208 to make the run easier later on. I also picked up an Ether and dodged the other trainers. Then there is the required scene involving Contests and I talked to Fantina. I saved right after entering her gym.
