I didn't expect this one to tie-in with a Wild Area event, because this is a Pokémon that I have decided to Surprise Trade for a while, and here it is, the Pokémon that I will be Surprise Trading is Toxel, a Baby Pokémon with a unique type combo of Electric/Poison.
As usual, I will try to breed a box of the Pokémon with 4-5 IVs (Individual Values), but on rare cases, some can even have 6 IVs, which most people call a flawless Pokémon. These Toxel have different Natures, the reason is that when it evolves into Toxtricity, the Nature determines which form Toxtricity will be. I will list the form of Toxtricity and the Natures.
Amped Form: Adamant, Brave, Docile, Hardy, Hasty, Impish, Jolly, Lax, Naive, Naughty, Quirky, Rash, Sassy
Low-Key Form: Bashful, Bold, Calm, Careful, Gentle, Lonely, Mild, Modest, Quiet, Relaxed, Serious, Timid

The best Nature for Toxtricity would be Modest or Timid, and this is where Mints come in, but the form that Toxtricity will be is based on its original Nature, say you have a Hasty Toxel, if you use a Modest Mint, it will still evolve into an Amped Form Toxtricity, because Hasty was its original Nature. Toxtricity is one of my favourite Pokémon introduced in this game, even though Poison is one of my least favourite types, Toxtricity has a cool design, and it does have a good type combo, and I would say it is my favourite Poison-type Pokémon overall.
Toxtricity does have different moves based on form, in its Amped Form, it can learn Venoshock and Shift Gear, while the Low-Key Form can learn Venom Drench and Magnetic Flux.
Now for Egg Moves, and one thing to note is that Toxel cannot breed, as it is a Baby Pokémon, so you have to evolve it into Toxtricity in order for it to breed, Toxel will evolve at Level 30. It can get Power-Up Punch, Metal Sound, and Endeavor, and Toxtricity is in the Human-like Egg Group, so I will list which parents can learn those moves by level up.
Endeavor: Hitmontop, Hawlucha
Metal Sound: Lucario, Pawniard, Bisharp
Power-Up Punch: Hitmonchan, Lucario, Grimmsnarl

As for level up moves, Toxel is very weak at the start, the advantage is that it can get Nuzzle and Tearful Look early on, but once it is evolved, it can relearn Acid Spray, Spark, and Shock Wave, but you can teach Venoshock to Amped Form Toxtricity, which pairs up well with Toxic.
Now for Abilities, Toxel can have Rattled and Static, while Toxtricity can have Punk Rock and either Plus or Minus depending on its form, these Toxel have Rattled, because Rattled will become Punk Rock when it evolves. Punk Rock boosts the power of Toxtricity's sound-based moves, like Boomburst, Snarl, and its signature move Overdrive. Toxel's Hidden Ability is Klutz, which becomes Technician when it evolves, and unfortunately for Toxtricity, Technician is not the best Ability to go with, because when you are using Toxtricity, you want to go with Punk Rock for the Ability.
Overdrive is an 80 power Special Electric-type move that hits both targets in a Double Battle, so it is more preferred over Discharge, as Discharge can hurt your teammate, and Overdrive is boosted by Punk Rock. Now to go over Toxtricity's TM and TR movepool, it can learn Fire Punch, Thunder Punch, Thunder Wave, Payback, Drain Punch, Hex, Snarl and Volt Switch, and for TRs, it can get Thunderbolt, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Taunt, Gunk Shot, Throat Chop, Wild Charge, and many others. Toxtricity's best stat is Special Attack, and it does have usable Attack to be a mixed attacker, as the Amped Form can learn Shift Gear, which works very well with Toxtricity's average Speed stat.
The moves you want to go with when using Toxtricity will be Overdrive, Sludge Wave, Boomburst, and either Volt Switch or Shift Gear, or you could go mixed with moves like Fire Punch, Drain Punch, or Throat Chop. Toxtricity is a great user of a new item called the Throat Spray, which will increase its Special Attack if it uses a sound-based move, so Toxtricity can deal some great damage with Overdrive and Boomburst. Even though it does have a unique type combo that is good for both offense and defense, the downside is that Toxtricity has a 4x weakness to Ground, so it will require some team support. Boomburst is very powerful, as this is a nice coverage option against any Ground-type that resists Toxtricity's STAB moves.
It's also a good Pokémon to Dynamax, as Max Ooze gives Toxtricity a good Special Attack boost, and unfortunately since these Toxel were bred, they cannot Gigantamax, because Gigantamax Toxtricity does get G-Max Stun Shock, which comes from its Electric-type moves and can either poison or paralyze its opponents, and it is more suited for Double Battles. Sludge Bomb is an alternative over Sludge Wave when you are using Toxtricity in Double Battles, because I do see a lot of players prefer single target moves in Double Battles.
