Red Alert 3 Uprising Commander's Challenges "Par Time only" - Mission 34th - Robots and Ninjas
Hello ladies and gentlemen! Stimer Games is here! I've finally started cooking some epic content to release. It's Red Alert 3 Uprising Commander's challenges, except with additional rules that i came up this Spring.
Rules of the challenge:
1.Go strictly by the path that is unlocked over time, no skipping and no leaping
2.Finish each secondary mission before coming onto the next primary mission
3.Always go for Par Time, never finishing the mission without par time and then finishing it under with the unlocked unit or the fully unlocked tech
4.OP tactics, AI manipulation and oversight exploits are allowed (Dojo Rush, Empire air units swarm, other map tricks and etc. are allowed)
5.Good luck commando
Number of attempts before the final: 1
Shinobi - Easy-Medium (1 v 3; 2 Empire (Shinzo Nagama and Kenji Tenzai) and 1 Soviet (Nikolai Moskvin); Fogged map) [Robots and Ninjas]
This map will cause a lot of trouble if you've never used walls, so build The Great Imperial WALL of the Rising Sun.
Go with Empire for quick air. Once you start, pack the MCV and move slightly to the bottom left, so it won't trouble you with building walls. Produce 2 Instant Generators, 2 Refineries and 1 Mecha Bay. Place one Instant Generator at the bottom of top refinery, and the other at the left side of the bottom refinery. Mecha bay must be put right next to the 2nd Instant Generator and face top left side. Upgrade it to tier 2 for VX Choppers.
Sell MCV for additional money and to prevent it getting infiltrated. Infiltrated MCV turns off your radar for a minute and gives the permanent vision to your opponent, and we don't want that. First target to go - Moskvin. Not only he'll be bothering you with Stingrays who will try to make a space for Terror Drones, he'll also go for Bullfrogs. So grab 4 Choppers, go straight to his base and destroy everything. After Moskvin - the closest target is next, who's Kejin. His AI might glitch and he'd send his Mecha Bay to the top island instead of his own if he fills it with other buildings. Grab the constructed VXs and additional Tengus for anti-air.
After Kenji, the last to be taken care is Shinzo. He'll also have some Tengus to help, but yours should be enough. Overral, if you take quick care of Moskvin, this challenge isn't difficult.
Key units: VX Choppers, Tengus, and... well, not really an unit, but... WALLS. First 2 are obvious: one is attack the other is defend. Walls, on the other hand, counter both Terror Drones and Shinobis a lot. Unless the AI brings in something that can break walls like Stingrays or Tank Busters.
Shinobi is, like, a spy that can't bribe, can't disguise, but can one-shot infantry and dodge the aggro from himself. He's also faster. However the problem with him is that... we'd probably not use him at all... well, maybe except for the next mission.
