S T A L K E R: Call of Pripyat - ( 2022 ) Video #204: Zulu's PKM upgrades
I noticed that Zulu had finally left Pripyat like he said he was going to. Since the sun was going down and Pripyat was still not all that safe to explore at night, I decided to take the small about of loot I had and Zulu's PKM ( called an RP-74 in the Game but it is not an RPK ) back to Zaton to get one of them upgraded. There was some strange activity in the basin where a couple of Bandits walked right past some Zombies twice, but I took care of them before anyone else was hurt. From there I decided to go to Jupiter since I did not have a silencer in my stash, nor would Owl sell me one. I was disappointed when I got one from my stash in Jupiter, that it would not fit on my FT-200M.
It seems like all the weapons I want to put a silencer on, that I can do in Call of Chernobyl, I cannot do in Call of Pripyat. Normally I put a silencer on my AN-94, the GP-37 and the FT-200M. I think Clear Sky is the only Game that allows you to put a silencer on the AKS-74U. I've carried my AKS-74U throughout my entire Game but had to set it aside once I started carrying my Gauss Rifle. I switched from the AN-94 to the FT-200M since it has the Target Acquisition that is an invaluable tool. Pripyat has changed my load out more than any other thing. Not wanting to linger in Jupiter, I was back in Pripyat, and I stepped outside and saw a couple of Zombies across the boulevard where I had killed some Bloodsuckers earlier. After a quick loot I was back at the Laundromat where the video ends.
