After being unable to get into the Kindergarten, I went to the Stalker Wiki to refresh my memory about the events that take place there, in addition to looking at other upcoming missions. Basically, my biggest fear was knowing at some point coming soon, the Player would be locked out of returning to Jupiter or Zaton, and being forced to commit to the Evacuation. I know that happens at some point very soon, but I don't remember when.

My PDA tells me the only pending task was going to the X-8 Lab at the Yubileiny Service Center. I remember that I need a red keycard and at the moment I have a yellow and green keycard. I do know there is one big scenario upcoming where I go to the upper floor of a nearby apartment building overlooking the larger dual wing apartment complex south of it. There I am supposed to use an SVD to kill the leaders of one group of Mercenaries led by Jackal who is meeting another leader of Mercenaries named Serbin, who is supposed to be wearing an Ecologist suit. Serbin carries the red keycard. So, this should happen before I go to the X-8 Lab.

I find out it is after I come back from the X-8 Lab, that there is another missing Military squad that had been sent to the Kindergarten, and it is when I find them and use explosives to get inside the Kindergarten, this action is the point of no return I don't want to get stuck with. As I have not talked to Gary since we came back from Jupiter, this video starts with me deciding I need to start grabbing bulk amounts of freshly repaired weapons and take them to Jupiter to sell. For two reasons, one to clear out my Pripyat stash of all the clutter and two, to generate more money after spending a huge amount on Gauss Gun ammo from Cardan and the high cost of travel.

After removing all my weapons, ammo and other supplies to make the most room to carry a lot of weapons, I approach Gary and he abruptly stops me to tell me his tale of being hired from some disreputable Mercenaries who he thought were going to kill him. He escaped and wanted to warn me. Gary said they are meeting nearby. This is the mission I was waiting on and it is called "One shot" and I have to tell Colonel Kovalsky about what Gary just told me to initiate the action. For that reason, I decide to make multiple trips back and forth to Jupiter to sell all the excess weapons I had collected and got repaired. This is also a good opportunity to bring some ammo and other supplies back to Pripyat and to make a jump to Zaton to pick up my GP-37. That is where the video ends.
