S T A L K E R: Call of Pripyat - ( 2022 ) Video #198: FT-200M upgraded
I went to Cardan and immediately upgraded my new FT-200M. I chose the Target Acquisition, something I sometimes call Identification Friend or Foe "IFF" or other names, since that was more valuable than the adjustable scope like on the GP-37. While it only has accuracy upgraded to 80%, compared to the GP-37's 90%, I find being able to find enemy men or mutants hiding in the bushes or far off in the distance, a far better trade off.
I left the Skadovsk and went eastward up the hill to the campfire overlooking the dried up river basin, and when an Emission hit, I ran up to the Ranger Station instead of going back to the Skadovsk. I met some Bandits there who I followed southward towards the Scar Anomaly while they continued westward. Crossing over and going up the hill to the Waste Processing Station, I found it empty, so I continued westward down the main road until I came across two Loners and continued trying to sell weapons with whomever I met. I used them for fast travel to the Saw Mill with disastrous results.
They immediately came under fire from Bandits down the hill and I left them to help other Loners at the campfire by the Swamp. There was only one surviving Loner who I gave medkits to twice, but alas he was killed and soon I had the loot of all three Loners. I went back up the hill to find the two Loners I had just traveled with dead too. Now I had a lot of loot and needed to get back to the Skadovsk but had no one for fast travel.
I sold what I could to the nearby Bandits, fought some Flesh and then found the Bandits I had just left attacked by mutants with one killed and another around some rocks. I gave that Bandit a medkit and saw two Zombies crossing an island in the backwater and shot them dead. I sold the Bandit what I could and did my best to make it back to the Skadovsk while having to drink Hercules for my full load. Soon I was back on board processing my loot and going out again to two Loners I saw between the two derelict ships. The Exoskeleton Loner there had an FT-200M too. I went over to the Taras Shevchnko, climbed my way to the bridge and that's where I ended the video.
