Skulls of the Shogun Gameplay on Ubuntu 14.04 Linux (Native)
Short gameplay and quick look at Skulls of the Shogun on Ubuntu 14.04, running at maxed settings at 1920x1080.
With the latest Humble Bundle, Skulls of the Shogun has been officially released for Linux! You can also grab it from the Humble Store or from Steam directly, both will net you a Linux version.
As can be seen in this video, this is a really high quality port. No issues whatsoever, it just runs perfectly right off the bat!
This could perform a bit differently for AMD and Intel graphics. I'd wager that AMD users should have no problems, but I'm unsure about Intel users.
I'd like to point out a correction to my commentary. I say that it has no achievements a couple of times, but this is wrong! Skulls of the Shogun DOES have achievements. The achievements were only buggy and unavailable during my first run (which is why I presumed there to be none at all). My sincerest apologies for that.
