Finally, we had a part of Shenmue for Dreamcast here on #SuperOldGameSaturday that aired on a Saturday (all of the earlier parts were on Fridays) and, for Part 4 of this personal favorite of mine, we got a job. Ryo Hazuki is still on the hunt for Lan Di, the man who murdered his father, as well as Chai, who stymied his attempt to travel to Hong Kong, but their whereabouts may be known by the Mad Angels, a gang running out of the New Yokosuka Harbor who take pleasure in hazing new hires. So, with the help of Goro, we're moving crates with a forklift and, on the request of CrochetNerd64, making sure we get them into the lines correctly. How did I do? Well, gemiknight96 was my supervisor in the best chat on Twitch for this show (along with the rest of our great chat), so you'll see how well we did the job, while also getting more capsule toys, learning more of the lore of this area, getting a lot of story developments and going into many great discussions about recent announcements from the Sony State of Play and Pokemon Presents events, as well as discussing games we've been playing and looking forward to, discussing the first Nintendo Switch Online delisting and what could be the answer for gaming preservation and even having a music/dance break in between. Again, I had a great time with this second to last part of Shenmue, which will reach its thrilling conclusion on April 12th at 7 PM EST.
