This is a demonstration of SWAT 4 with OpenAL HRTF using the IRC_1058 tables. Unfortunately, this game somehow has even worse 3D positional audio than Devastation. You'd think they'd put maximum effort into sound design for a tactical simulation, but no. It seems like a rule of thumb that whenever Ken Levine is in charge of a game, it has awful 3D sound. Listen to the arcade cabinets: they're barely distinguishable from normal stereo! Only System Shock 2 seems to have decent binaural audio, and that's after the fan-made NewDark OpenAL Soft patch.

Notice that I only got 99/100 points despite trying my absolute hardest (down to using less-than-lethal weapons). SWAT 4 truly is one of the most petty games of all time. Also note that most of the voice clips seem to be missing in this demo version. The full game should work perfectly, so don't worry.
