I had been training with the Mages in order to improve my standing. I can't get the hang of destruction magic but Illusion seems to be something I'm good at. Finally, I was ranked Warlock and I remembered Ajira's words. I sought her out, I was worried she might be partaking in Moon Sugar or Skooma, but thankfully she was sober. I had asked her what she wanted of me when I was a warlock and in her infinite kindness she tells me of an artifact.

The Staff of Magnus. This legendary staff is in Vvardenfell and in the hands of Dreveni Hlaren. I must seek her out on the slopes of Mount Kand and find a cavern named Assu. This is the information Ajira knew and would willingly share it with me. I don't know if she thinks of me as a friend or if its the Skooma talking but I am thankful to her and I set out to find this cave. With some luck I found the cave and made my way to obtain this legendary weapon.

Full of Frost Atronachs and Daedroths I made my way into the center chamber and found the wizard with the staff. I charged and assaulted her, giving her no chance to use the staff against me. When it was done, I plucked from her hands my prize and looked around her station. She is a gifted mind, she had been making custom spells and putting them into scrolls. I had never seen a "Summon Daedroth" scroll yet. Satisfied with what I found, I ran back to Balmora and showed Ajira the staff. She allowed me to keep and beckoned me closer: "More secrets for you, friend."

The Warlock's Ring. Another powerful artifact fit for a mage. She tells me this ring is in Vvardenfell as well... the only catch was she didn't know for sure where it was. This would be extremely difficult for me. I looked at the map over and over and concluded that It had to be in a cave or burial somewhere. I could work my way up from the bottom of Vvardenfell but this is potentially something that will take up a lot of time...

It didn't matter. I have time, Dagoth Ur is not foolish to make his assault right away and seemingly he waits for me. I went to Bal Fell and entered the shrine in hopes of finding this ring. To my shock, I found a different artifact? I questioned it because I had never seen a unique pair of boots, and the enchantments that came along with it were astounding! I could not identify these boots but I kept them in case they were valuable. I then headed east to the other islands.

In Ashirbadon I found some Atronach's and a dremora. I assumed this place was inhabited by a mage and sure enough, I found one. I had never seen a mage move so quickly before! She was quick to evade my attacks but I struck true and she fell to my blade. Amazingly, she held the Warlock's Ring! What luck I am having for this journey! I made haste back to Ajira to show her the ring. She wasn't surprised one bit and still told me to keep it. I looked into her eyes and there I saw it, she was high. I smiled and thanked her. As I was leaving I looked back at her and told her I'd bring more Skooma and Moon Sugar for her. She broke into a wide grin.
