Edwinna is annoyed that a monthly report has not yet arrived and sent me to Nehuleftingth ruins to see what happened. I met with Senilias and his daughter to see that the guide who was with them had gone missing and thus as a result was late on his report. I opted to help him find the guard and see if we couldn't finish that report. I delved into the ruin only to come to a room that was a dead end.

Or so I thought. Upon examining the area further I can see that there are 3 levers. I have to assume there is something I can do here so I turned all three of them. Two of them poisoned me, but thanks to my robust endurance I am able to take these poisons in stride. A hidden stairway appeared and I suddenly feared the worst: The guide had opened up this hidden passage but somehow it closed, leaving the guide trapped. Centurions roamed the area and I dispatched them quickly.

There he laid, Anes, dead. I checked his body for anything and found the report. I went back to Senilias and he expressed grief and said he would handle the body. I returned to Edwinna who didn't really express any care for the dead guide but was pleased to have her report. She is genuinely committed to her research... Almost to an inhuman degree. She then asked me to find some blueprints in Mzuleft, Southwest of Dagon Fel. Outrageous. Because the report mentioned the existence of Dwemer blueprints she had to have one.

No matter, I left quickly for Dagon Fel and found the Dwemer ruins. Its inhabitants were all Orcs. Their armor and weaponry are something to be admired, for a long time men and mer thought of them as mindless brutes, and yet their blacksmithing is so sophisticated. Setting that aside I managed to find some blueprints and something else that caught my eye... It's called the "Egg of Time". I don't know what language it's written but this must be extremely important. I decided to hang on to it while I made my way back to Ald'ruhn.

Edwinna seems to only have Dwarfs on her mind because, upon my return, there was news that a hidden Dwemer ruin appeared in an Eggmine in the town of Gnisis. I made my way towards Gnisis and I really thought about the Dwemer. Perhaps I should assist Edwinna in the research of these Dwemer and show her the books I've found during my travels.
