I noticed I was in the wrong manor when searching for that pendant. I felt ridiculous and quickly went to the correct location and in no time I was able to find the pendant. I made my way to Braynas and handed him his pendant. I had to say I was with the Bal Molagmer so the message is clear. The Imperial Thieves Guild wants to have a good standing with the people of Vvardenfell and thus by utilizing an old fairy tale that the Dunmer follows this puts the thieves in a good light.

Next, I am to expose Yngling Half-Troll for his corrupt use of funding from the temple. I knew where he was so I made my way to his manor and snuck around until I found a ledger and a letter addressed to him. 50,000 gold! All this to fix the Temple in the Hlaalu district. It should be noted that I am not being rewarded here. It's more that I steal from the wicked and sell off their possessions in order to make coins, but that's more of a hassle than anything else really. Suppose I find a full set of Glass armor or weapons. There are no vendors in Vvardenfell that can complete those transactions without me buying out the vendor's inventory. As a result, I only make what the vendor has on hand for gold and I am left carrying junk.

Setting my tangent aside, I had another task in Vivec: find a forged land deed and give it to Indrele. I remember her from Seyda Neen! I quickly went to the library remembering that I had glanced at something of a deed there and quickly found it! One trip later Indrele was in tears for the deed knowing that she still had a place to stay. I bowed and ran back to Jim who handed me a dagger and a note. A Thieves Guild member had stolen this blade and Salyn is a friend of the Thieves Guild. The note was just an apology. Rather than stealing, I am returning something... Amusing.

I returned the dagger and went back to Jim, only for him to send me to Sadrith Mora to steal a ring from a slaver. I travel all the way to the market in Sadrith Mora to find Brallion boasting about his sales today. I inquired about the ring and he offered to sell it to me. I bought it... a poor investment but I hope the message is strong enough to make up the difference. I am meant to deliver this ring to Ilmeni Dren. The Bal Molagmer is spreading quick.

Jim then asks me to steal books from someone in Caldera and donate them to the Mages Guild in Ald'ruhn. I recall hearing some talk about missing materials for some lessons and now is my chance to contribute! Sort of. I ran to Caldera and into the Governor's Hall and found the books. They are beautiful books that will quickly be destroyed by eager learners of history. I gave them to Vala and she was happy to receive these books. My final task was to steal a Dwemer cup from the Ordinators and give it to a priest that is being harassed by the ordinators. To what extent that harassment goes I am not sure but It will be done.
