We oftentimes treat contracts as non-negotiable pledges to the devil. We accept what is put in front of us, no questions asked. What if I told you that your business partner overseas expects you to negotiate and, in fact, has an entire back office machine waiting for your questions? There are a few simple tricks that you can do to secure a better contract for yourself and we will go through them with real life examples.
