Aki Rosenthal - Akirose Eats You (Binaural) [Eng Sub]
A “legendary event” it has become indeed…

Gushing:
Who else could get a comment like that and just go “ok, sure, let’s do it”? Aki really is such a one-of-a-kind girl. Her comment that it might become a ‘legendary’ event is a little dark in hindsight, but I hope I can help make it legendary in a positive way again, like all her ASMR was always meant to be. She greets first-timers several times just in this clip alone, imagine being a first-time viewer and this is the first impression you’re blessed with… I know what Aki’s like and it still floored me, lol.
Usual disclaimers:
I make these clips in large part to practice my not so great Japanese. My friend Cherem helps me with them which I really appreciate and makes them a lot better. I like to leave detailed translator’s notes to provide extra explanations and help people understand why I chose to translate certain things in certain ways.
Timestamp to make it so youtube doesn't interpret my TNs as “chapters”: 8:52
Translator’s notes:
0:03 She’s giggling here because the comment she read says “First-time viewer here, e……” Simply writing “e…” is a common way to humorously abbreviate “ecchi,” meaning lewd.
1:12 Since “hertz” is a unit of frequency, I believe what she means here is that she thinks doing ASMR that makes sounds outside the frequency of human hearing would get her banned.
1:31 Aki’s usual first-person pronoun and nickname is "Akirose."
1:43 Although in this context it is also celebratory like “yay,” the sound effect “ei” is, as one dictionary puts it, “used in situations requiring decisive, sudden force, such as throwing.” (Or, in this case, jumping into someone’s mouth.)
2:01 In this context, the action “shuwa-shuwa” is supposed to represent is quite clear, but usually it indicates something fluffy or bubbly like foam or a carbonated drink, so this may indicate the kind of mechanism by which Aki is intending for this magic to operate.
2:18 “Ei” again, you can see as well this time that it’s not strictly used for physical force only.
2:27 The end of this is pretty hard to hear so I may be mishearing it but I believe she’s making a pun on the “Rose” in “Rosenthal” (direct transcription: “Rouze”) by using a verb that ends in “ou” (in this case “omou,” meaning to think, consider, judge, assess, etc.) followed by the sentence-ender “ze” (masculine and aggressive) to create the same “ouze” sound, which is something she does from time to time.
3:36 She cuts herself off here, there are a lot of different things she could have been trying to say that begin with “na,” so I won’t speculate what she means by this.
