What you need to do here is to control this hyped up grandma and make sure she keeps on running and running inside the city. You must avoid various obstacles like balloons, dinosaurs and even UFOs by simply jumping or sliding. Other obstacles can be avoided by running on the side of the road. Collect as many coins as you can so you can unlock and upgrade various power ups.
