Despite the misleading thumbnail, I assure you this level does in fact take place in a fiery flame castle, hahah. I was putting the name on top of it when I realized how un-representative that was of the level title.

I don't really have a process for making thumbnails... I just kind of think back to a part of the video that I liked and try to find a cool screenshot from it. I used to not really like doing it and thought it was kind of tedious, but now I kind of love it. I know I'm not graphic artist and they're nothing special, but it's still a fun little part of messing around with a YouTube channel.

Anyways... Mega Man Maker, hahah. I went off on a thumbnail rant there for a minute, but you''re probably here for Mega Man Maker and not here for thumbnail rants. Did I mention the descriptions don't really have a set process to them either?

I'm trying to write this one out on YouTube Studio Beta, which I gotta say has not been great so far. If you're not familiar, it's the new interface for managing your channel if you upload videos. The old one was sometimes a bit basic but really tight, and it did what it did really well. This new one seems to be an exercise in frustration for people that want to do things cleanly and quickly. I'm the kind of guy that just wants a spreadsheet full of fields I can punch in to upload and manage my videos, but this new system is very "new age UI" where there's tons of white space and unnecessary stuff loading and everything's trying really hard to be intuitive instead of just doing what you want it to do... I really can't stand it. The new uploader is the worst part of it, it's almost scary to upload with it and it really hurts the process of being able to manage your videos while you upload without worrying about them accidentally going live. The icing on the cake is that they have a button to revert back to the old uploader and it's completely broken, hahah. Great job YouTube team, you really nailed it with this one.

What the hell am I talking about? It's really late at night and I'm just sitting in my bedroom watching season three of The Good Place and talking to nobody in my description. I had a weird day where I fell asleep right after work and then took a nap for like two hours, and now I've woken up but need to go right back to bed again because I have work tomorrow. So I'm like exhausted enough to pass out after work, then rested from a nap, but it was a bad short nap at night time so it made me feel groggy, but I'm still not tired enough to sleep, but I need to sleep because my shift starts in eight hours and if I don't sleep soon I'm gonna be exhausted and pass out when I get home from work tomorrow. I'm in like a rambly dream state where nothing is real.

I really need to go to sleep now, or at least try. I could probably sit here and type until that number turns red to tell me I've run out of characters in my description box, but that's not doing anyone any good, least of all me or you. Who are you? That's something else.
