14Hey friends! Today in Mega Maker Showcase we got a Croby original, Abandoned Memory! Although it would appear the name is a reference to a SilvaGunna song, hahah.
Croby is another Mega Man Maker YouTuber that I met through GameFox's channel and I've seen some of his levels played there, so I knew I was getting into a good but challenging level with this one! This one is from the onset of 1.4, when multiple bosses were released, so it is unsurprisingly a boss gauntlet stage.
But Croby didn't laze out on the level design, no -- this is a Mega Man Maker boss run that actually has a level attached to it! Those are rarer than you might think, hahah/ Don't get me wrong,. I like me a classic boss rush with eight teleporters in a room and eight keys to get out of it, but it's cool to see something different.
This level was a hell of a challenge, but it was fair and the level design was pretty and interesting, and that makes for a great Mega Man level in my opinion.
