So, without anymore delay, here is how to add Terraforged to Minecraft 1.16.5!
The first thing you need to in order to get Terraforged 1.16.5 in Minecraft is actually download and install the Forge mod loader for 1.16.5. You can find our complete tutorial for adding Forge to Minecraft in the description above. It will show you everything you need to do get Forge 1.16.5, and even how to fix any issues that may arise.
Once you have Forge, we can move on to downloading Terraforged for Minecraft 1.16.5. You can find the official Terraforged download link in the description above. Once you are there, look at the right-hand sidebar and scroll down until you see the ‘Minecraft 1.16’ section. Under that, you will find the 1.16.5 version of Terraforged. Click the orange download button to the right of this version, and Terraforged 1.16.5 will start downloading. You will need to keep/save the file depending on your browser.
After you have Terraforged downloaded, we can learn how to install Terraforged in Minecraft 1.16.5. Luckily, this is actually pretty easy. Just press the Windows Key on your keyboard and ‘R’ at the exact same time. This will open up the Run app. I'm this app, type '%appdata%', and hit enter. This will open your Roaming folder. Here, you will have a .minecraft folder. Open that, and you will find a 'mods folder. If you don't have a mods folder, create one. Open your mods folder, and drag-and-drop the Terraforged file you downloaded into this folder. You have now installed Terraforged 1.16.5 in Minecraft.
We aren't completely finished just yet though! We still need to make sure you open Minecraft with Forge. To do this, open the Minecraft launcher, click the little arrow next to the play button, select the Forge profile, and click the green Play button. Minecraft 1.16.5 will now open up with Terraforged installed!
