To see your internet traffic (data sent and received) on Wi-Fi in Windows 10 or 11, you have several options. Here's how you can do it:

Option 1: Task Manager
Open Task Manager:
Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc or right-click the Taskbar and select Task Manager.
Go to the Performance Tab:
Click the Performance tab at the top.
Select Wi-Fi:
On the left, click Wi-Fi.
You'll see a live graph showing data sent and received, along with current speeds (Mbps).
