Installing Guild Wars 2 on Ubuntu 12.04 (PlayOnLinux)
This video will hopefully guide you on installing Guild Wars 2 in Ubuntu. You will need PlayOnLinux, which is a great free software to help you manage your Wine versions accordingly. You may get PlayOnLinux from the Ubuntu Software Center OR from their website: www.playonlinux.com
This video was requested, so I hope it provides you with some help or at least insight on how to setup GW2 under Ubuntu and Linux in general.
Please Note: Guild Wars 2 suffers low frame rates from the fact that Wine runs the game on a single core. Guild Wars 2 requires multi-core CPU functionality to run well, hopefully we will see these improvements in Wine soon. I use Wine 1.5.15 in this video.
