BattleMass Gameplay on Ubuntu 12.10 Linux (Native)
3This video shows Battlemass gameplay natively on Full settings at 1920x1080 (fullscreen) on Ubuntu 12.10 64Bit.
Battlemass has just been made FREE to play! The game also recently released a Linux version of the game (Unity3D game). It's available on Desura for free for anyone.
So, in this gameplay I give the game a run through. It's meant to be played online against other people, but I choose to play against A.I. in this video due to time constraints and lack of good strategy skill.
Performance is great, BattleMass has decent graphics. You will need to register on first start-up of the game, but it's relatively painless and fast.
I had to disable "Unredirect Fullscreen" in Compiz Config Settings Manager to record this game, otherwise the recording would flicker. Oddly enough, I didn't see any performance loss with it on or off. Then again, I have no way to show actual framerate.
