As soon as I realised Series 4 was going to be mostly about 3D and Shooters, I was glad to leave Caveman games behind and start exploring the realms of shooters last summer (2016). This montage was instead of the Gore Special which was planned and recorded,. but there are so many ideas it seemed I might not have time to complete them all. I thought this roundup might be rather a jolly and action packed way to enjoy the festive season.
The games I tried were mostly new games, and a lot of games I found didnt even make it into the video. As they were new, I didnt get very far with any of them. I recorded the other half of these in December this year (2017), and found a few gems I have never heard of (like Intact), and recorded some new footage for some games.
The footage took a few days to edit, and then the video edit took about 4 days; with the captions and scores taking a lot of time to get right, and the rest was volume balancing. You might imagine I choose all the clips in the games where I am playing well, but really I was looking to show off the games and have them looking their best - and I wasnt even looking at how I was playing while editing. I was struggling over what to call this, but I didnt bother to add 'of all time!' to the title this time, for various reasons.
I hope this is as fun for you watching this as it was to make. It always brings a smile when I watch the videos back, and of course this one is extra special and action packed. Thank you all! for a wonderful year, and I hope to see you guys again sometime soon. :)
